Join our Winning team! Our Account Management position is a great full-time position for those living in or around the Louisville area. Superior Business Solutions expanded its roots into the Louisville market in June of 2014 from Denver, Colorado. Since opening its doors here, Superior has expanded into the Columbus, OH and Baton Rouge, LA areas, and plans to expand into an additional three markets by the end of the year. This translates to unlimited opportunities for career advancement within our company. We provide customer service, customer acquisition and retention management for some of the world’s most recognizable companies in satellite, retail, and internet services!   • Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing satellite and internet customers
  • Asks open-ended, questions to determine customer requirements, needs, and expectations
  • Educates customer on policies and procedures, anticipated delays and any additional information needed to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability.
  • Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of products/services and effectively oppose any customer objections
  • Prepares all related paperwork and documents on a daily basis
  • Obtains customer feedback through follow-up calls
  • Proactively resolves any complaints
  • Calmly and professionally handles displeased customers and provides timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns

Is this door-to-door sales or telemarketing?

Superior Business Solutions does NOT engage in any door-to-door sales or cold-calling. We are inside retail sales.

I read online that most Account Manager positions are commission only.

No. We believe in investing in our team members as they grow. All of our team members receive weekly base-level compensation and have the opportunity to earn additional money through commissions and bonuses.

I have experience. Do I still have to start at Entry-Level?

Yes. We believe that strong leaders lead from the front. Having served in every position within our Management Development Program, our managers show their people a willingness to get their hands dirty and do the work alongside their team, not just coach from the sidelines. The training program is hard work, but those who succeed end with an opportunity to manage a market.

Is Superior Business Solutions a growing company?

Absolutely! Since opening in June of 2014 we have already expanded our company into Columbus Ohio. Our goals are to expand to three additional markets by the end of the year.
