Superior Business Solutions expanded its roots into the Louisville market in June of 2014 from Denver, Colorado. Since opening its doors here, Superior has expanded into the Columbus, OH and Baton Rouge, LA areas, and plans to expand into an additional three markets within the next year. Entry Level Managers are cross trained in:
--Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing satellite and internet customers
--Asks open-ended, questions to determine customer requirements, needs, and expectations
--Educates customer on policies and procedures and any additional information needed to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability.
--Maintains thorough understanding of company products, pricing & promotions to communicate the benefits & value of products/services and effectively oppose any customer objections
--Prepares all related paperwork and documents daily
--Obtains customer feedback through follow-up calls
--Proactively resolves any complaints
--Calmly and professionally handles displeased customers and provides timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns
